Job Coach: Individuals in this position will be responsible for training individuals with disabilities in the community.

	On-call

Minimum qualifications include:

	High school diploma or equivalent
	Excellent communication skills
	Flexible and able to work independently

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience in Job Coaching or Related Field

Driver: Individual in this position will be responsible for transporting consumers to and from program and work sites.

	On Call

Minimum qualifications include:

	High School Diploma or Equivalent
	Excellent Communication Skills
	Valid Driver's License
	Good Driving Record

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience transporting passengers

Work Crew Supervisor: Individual in this position will be responsible for supervising and teaching adults with disabilities in the work center as well as filling in for van drivers.

Minimum qualifications include:

	High School diploma or equivalent
	Excellent Communication Skills
	Team Oriented
	Creative

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience in Sheltered Workshop

Controller: Individual in this position is responsible for overseeing/maintaining the General Ledger, fixed asset records, preparing budgets, financial statements and other reports, preparing bank reconciliations, and providing general accounting support for the agency management staff.

Minimum qualifications include:

	BS in Accounting/Finance
	5 Years of Experience in Accounting/Finance
	3 Years Supervisory Experience
	Knowledge of The Medicaid Billing Process
	CPA

Preferred qualifications include:

	Great Plains
	IT
	Non-Profit Experience

Day Array/Enclave Supervisor: Individual in this position will be responsible for coordinating case management activities, teaching of social/recreational work and behavioral skills to consumers in community work and day array settings and supervising staff in those programs.

	1 Full Time
	Butler County Floater

Minimum qualifications include:

	BA in Human Services field and 1-3 years employment experience or 5 years equivalent work experience
	Excellent Communication Skills
	Team Oriented

Preferred qualifications include:

Supervisory experience
