Job Coaching
 

 

Job Coaching Services are provided by trained Job Coaches to individuals placed or being placed in transitional, supported or competitive employment. Job coaching may be conducted on or off-site, for a period of time based on individual needs.

Services may include but are not limited to:

bulletOn-site task training
bulletWork adjustment training
bullet Support and advocacy
bulletEmployer education and assistance
bulletBehavior modification
bulletIdentification and assistance with job modifications
bulletOn or off-site job retention skills training
bulletOff-site counseling and support
