Supported Home Services is an individualized social, leisure and recreation service offered to persons with mental retardation and/or developmental disability who are homebound. A supported home specialist schedules regular visits to the consumer's home and provides activities of the person's choosing. Emphasis is placed on social interaction and mental stimulation and an individual plan of care.
