SPECTRUM


SPECTRUM is a four to six month program, providing specialized assessment, placement and training services to persons, age sixteen or older, who have brain injury. The program offers comprehensive assessment of the person’s learning style and employment goals; job placement to help the person in obtaining employment; job coaching to help the person with learning/performing the job to meet employer’s expectations; and job retention through long term follow along. Staff providing services have specialized training and expertise in working with persons with brain injury.
